Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling:
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services.
  • Engage in persuasive dialogues to cultivate interest and schedule appointments or sales meetings.
  1. Lead Generation:
  • Identify and assess leads through cold calling and follow-up calls on marketing campaigns.
  • Collect information about customer requirements and preferences to inform sales strategies.
  1. Product/Service Promotion:
  • Clearly communicate the features and advantages of our products/services to potential customers.
  • Address inquiries and resolve concerns regarding our offerings.
  1. Appointment Setting:
  • Arrange appointments, demonstrations, or consultations for the sales team with interested prospects.
  • Maintain an organized calendar of appointments and follow-up tasks.
  1. CRM Management:
  • Input and maintain customer data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform.
  • Keep thorough records of calls and outcomes for analysis and reporting purposes.
  1. Achievement of Sales Targets:
  • Meet or surpass assigned sales objectives and quotas.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques and methodologies to optimize outcomes.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Establish rapport and foster positive connections with potential customers.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service capacity.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a robust commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and adept at handling objections.
  • Bachelor’s degree; additional training or education in sales/marketing is advantageous.
