James Hope Business School, located in Lagos State, Nigeria, is currently seeking to fill positions for Senior Administrative Officers/ Faculty Officers.
Qualifications
- A strong first degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Completion of a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Certification in Administrative and Resources Management, such as Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), or Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA).
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality administrative support across multiple units.
- Proficiency in minute-taking at a strategic level.
- Previous involvement in higher education (HE) administration or similar settings.
- Familiarity with academic quality assurance procedures.
- Experience in mid-level management within a university setting.
- Background in customer service.
- Sound understanding of Effective Administrative Practice.
- Proficiency in operational planning and execution.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information effectively and present data to various stakeholders.
- Competency in IT software usage, including Microsoft Office suite, Calendly, SurveyMonkey, etc.
