Role Description
We recently partnered with a New Company dealing in ‘Daily Needs’ (FMCG products) which includes drinks, tea, Yoghurt drinks, Cleaning products, Agrotech products etc.
This is a part-time fully remote and hybrid role for a Direct Sales Executive at TheUpgradeCompany. As a Direct Sales Executive, you will be responsible for daily tasks such as brand promotions, short presentations, generating leads, closing sales, data collection, research and ideas generation, team management, updates and feedback for organisational positioning. This role is based in different parts of Ikorodu, Lagos, Nigeria, with flexibility for fully remote work.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service abilities
- Demonstrated sales experience
- Familiarity with team management processes
Additionally, the following skills and qualifications are not compulsory but will be beneficial:
- Experience in word of mouth direct selling
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion strategies
- Understanding of branding and business development
- Experience in team recruitment and training
- Business leadership development
- Relevant Qualifications or experience
- You will be trained while you work and earn
- Positions are both Physical and Remote work.
Physical Office Locations: IKORODU – Garrage, Odonguyan, Agric, Ishawo, Elepe.
Base Salary: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000 monthly Bonus: based on performance.
